If you are using a router: (Printer friendly version)

• To ensure connectivity, bypass the router and plug the internet directly into your computer.


• To do this, locate the Cat5E (see picture link below) cable that comes from the outside antenna into your home. When you follow that cable, you will see the power supply it is plugged into. This looks like a splitter and has a 1 inch square box labled "to computer" and "to radio". From there it plugs directly to the internet port on your router. Remove the connection from the router and plug it into the ethernet port on your computer. Then unplug and plug in the power adapter to reboot the radio so that it will communicate with your computer.

• Also, check to make sure the power adapter that is plugged into your electrical outlet has a green light that is on.
